Upon dispatch, Ruh Consignment relinquishes responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. 

Delivery delays do not entitle the recipient to compensation, penalties, or order cancellations. For logistical concerns once a package is in transit, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier directly.

Ruh Consignment reserves the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion. Any fraudulent or unsubstantiated chargeback claims will be rigorously disputed.

Acquisitions destined for international clients are not subject to Canadian sales tax. 

However, the recipient remains responsible for any duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. 

We recommend consulting your local Customs Border Services to anticipate these fees. 

Please note that shipping timelines do not account for customs clearance delays.
